We have found that one of the most effective ways to introduce this capability is to start with a pilot group and for this team to go through the four core Speed Thinking Modules. Then the ongoing training for the remainder of the business can be made more relevant and customised.
We would also suggest that the business leaders introduce a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ arrangement. A smaller group of people go through an extensive training program and if they meet our requirements become licensed Speed Thinking Instructors. In this way you can embed this capability throughout the organisation as these instructors can train the other staff, throughout the year.
The Speed Thinking tools and mindset can then be applied to all aspects of the busines from how meetings are run to presentations, brainstorming sessions and project management.
We can also customise a Speed Thinking program for your organisation depending on the number of participants, time available, location and urgency.
